Cancellations

Please call us at (559) 348-3644 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Tuesday appointment, please call by Sunday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged 50% for your missed appointment.

No-Shows

No shows are considered a service rendered and charged as such.

Late-Shows

If you are late, that time will be deducted from your total treatment time. This does not change the amount owed for the service. In order to be fair to others, your treatment must end on time so that other client sessions can begin on time.

Kids

No children are allowed as this is a liability issue.

Cell Phones

So you may fully enjoy your spa experience, please silence or turn off your cell phone.
